2024 pre-orders will be shipped from our Melbourne warehouse starting mid October. If there is any change in this timeframe we will update you via email and on our instagram account.
Our products are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. When your order has been processed, you will be sent confirmation of shipping + be able to track your delivery. Please carefully check your address is correct before you hit that purchase button!
Please allow up to 1-3 working days for order processing in addition to the estimated delivery times. During busy times please allow 1-10 days for your order to be dispatched.
It's very exciting when our new products on their way. We love to make sure you don't miss out! Pre order means that you place your order now and will receive your purchases once the shipment comes in. The product will say 'pre order' in the description + also the expected dispatch date. Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the time of purchase then a shipping notification when it dispatches. Hooray!
If you order ONLY pre order items your items will be sent when the stock arrives.
If you order pre order + in stock items we will wait until everything is in stock, then send it all at once to save you additional shipping costs. If you would like your in stock items sooner please put them through as a separate order.
returns + exchanges
We are sure you will LOVE your Each Day goodies, but if for some reason you're not 100% happy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions of Return:
- All products must be unused and no writing on the pages of notebooks or planners.
- All products must be in the same condition as when you received it.
You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less any shipping costs) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within three working days.

damages or defects
From time to time, damages and defects may occur resulting in imperfections! If you discover an imperfection, take some pictures and email them to us at email@example.com. Our aim will be to replace your item if we have more stock of the product.
